What this site is
Famous Savings publishes information about coupon codes, promotional codes and deals offered by other companies. We are not a shop. We do not sell products, process payments, hold stock, ship anything or handle returns. Every purchase you make is a transaction between you and the store, under that store's own terms.
Offers change, and we cannot promise they will work
Codes expire, run out, apply only to certain products, or are withdrawn without notice. Prices and availability change constantly and are set by the store, not by us. We make a reasonable effort to keep listings current and to remove ones that stop working, but we cannot guarantee that any code will work, that any price shown is still correct, or that any offer is still available. Always check the price and terms at the store before you buy.
Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or systematically collect content from the site, by automated means or otherwise, for republication or for a competing service;
- interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or test its security without our written permission;
- submit anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing, including fake codes or manipulated votes;
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or these terms.
Votes and anything you send us
If you vote on an offer or send us a suggestion, correction or comment, you give us permission to use it on the site without payment or attribution. Please do not send us anything confidential, and do not send us anything you do not have the right to share.
Trade marks and content
Store names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the store an offer relates to. Nothing on this site implies that any store endorses us or is affiliated with us, except where we say so. The text, design and arrangement of the site itself belong to Famous Savings.

The site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products, their prices or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us, which is normally nothing, or one hundred US dollars.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Famous Savings against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Changes and availability
We may change these terms at any time by updating this page, and we may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it without notice. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
