About us
Famous Savings is a place to find coupon codes and deals that actually work. We collect offers from the stores people shop at most, check them, and put them somewhere you can find them in a few seconds rather than a few tabs.
Why this site exists
I registered famoussavings.com around fifteen years ago, and it sat unused for most of them. The name stuck with me because the idea behind it never stopped being true: nearly everyone pays more than they need to online, usually because finding a working code takes longer than the discount feels worth.
Most coupon sites make that worse. They list expired codes, bury the real offer under adverts, and send you through three pages before anything useful appears. This site is the version I wanted: the offer first, the code in one tap, and an honest note about whether it is still working.
How it works
- Coupon codes live on each store's page. Tap one and we open the store in a new tab and copy the code for you, so it is ready to paste at checkout.
- Deals are specific products at a specific price. Each one gets its own page with what it is, what it costs, and where to get it.
- Did it work? Every code has a thumbs up and down. Those votes come from real shoppers and tell you what to expect before you try it.
- End dates. Offers disappear when they expire instead of sitting around looking valid.
What we will not do
We will not pad the site with codes we know are dead to fill a page. We will not make you watch a countdown or close three pop-ups to see a code. And we will not pretend an offer is exclusive when it is on the store's own home page.
How we pay for it
When you use some of our links or codes, the store pays us a small commission. It never changes what you pay, and it does not decide which offers we list. There is more detail on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
Tell us when we get it wrong
If a code fails, a price is out of date, or a store is missing, please say so at deals@famoussavings.com. Nothing improves this site faster than someone telling us an offer did not work.
